The Warranty
The warranty on your solar panel system is honoured by us, the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that something should go wrong your Genersys system is covered by the following warranties:
| · 20 Year Anti-Corrosion Guarantee |
| · 20 Year Panel Performance Guarantee |
| · 2 Year Guarantee on all other parts |
About the warranty
Unlike some resellers or competing manufacturers, our warranty is very comprehensive. Our warranty not only covers performance, but also extends to protect you against anti-corrosion.
Our warranties are a reflection of the confidence we have in the solar panel technology we have developed over our 35 years in the industry. We are driven by our customers, and in the extremely unlikely event that something should go wrong you will have the full support of Genersys South Africa and Genersys Plc.
Who do I call if something goes wrong?
You can call our number (below) and someone will help you. We are based in South Africa and you will not be calling overseas call centres.
